User Terms & Conditions

These User Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the WhatsApp Business API platform (servicebandhu.in) operated by Service Bandhu LLP. By accessing the platform as a User, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Company: Service Bandhu LLP
• Platform: WhatsApp Business API Portal
• Vendor: Business owner subscribed to the services
• User: Authorized employee or team member of the Vendor

2. User Access & Responsibility

• User access is provided and controlled by the Vendor.
• Login credentials must remain confidential.
• User must be at least 18 years of age.

3. Acceptable Use

Users shall not:

• Send spam, unsolicited, or illegal messages
• Violate WhatsApp, Meta, or applicable laws
• Upload malicious links or content
• Misuse customer data or breach privacy

4. Compliance with WhatsApp Policies

Users must comply with WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies. Service Bandhu LLP is not responsible for WhatsApp account suspension due to policy violations.

5. Data Privacy

Users must handle customer data responsibly and confidentially. Any misuse may lead to immediate termination and legal action.

6. Suspension & Termination

Service Bandhu LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access without notice in case of policy or legal violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Service Bandhu LLP shall not be liable for message delivery failures, WhatsApp downtime, or misuse by Vendors or Users.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts of Akola , Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction.
