Vendor Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 01 January 2025

These Vendor Terms & Conditions apply to business owners ("Vendors") who register and subscribe to WhatsApp Business API services provided by Service Bandhu LLP.

1. Scope of Services
  • WhatsApp Business API Access
  • Bulk Messaging & Campaign Management
  • Chatbot Automation
  • API Integrations
  • Analytics & Reports
2. Vendor Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate business and KYC details
  • Obtain customer consent before messaging
  • Ensure team users follow platform rules
  • Comply with WhatsApp and Indian IT laws
3. Subscription & Payments
  • All subscription fees are non-refundable
  • WhatsApp conversation charges apply as per Meta pricing
  • Failure to pay may lead to suspension
4. WhatsApp Approval

WhatsApp account approval is mandatory and not guaranteed. Service Bandhu LLP is not responsible for template rejections, bans, or restrictions imposed by WhatsApp.

5. Prohibited Activities
  • Spam or unsolicited communication
  • Fraud, scams, or misleading offers
  • Illegal, adult, or prohibited content
6. Data Protection

Vendor retains ownership of customer data and is solely responsible for legal compliance and data security.

7. Limitation of Liability

Service Bandhu LLP shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Vendor in the last three (3) months.

8. Termination

Services may be terminated due to policy violations, payment failure, or WhatsApp account suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content and software remain the intellectual property of Service Bandhu LLP.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian laws, with jurisdiction in Akola, Maharashtra.
